Vinyl Pressing
Cut it.
At Vinyl Presents we cut all records to lacquer. Lacquer cutting is the original method of mastering for vinyl. This analogue mastering technique is widely accepted as the best and produces the smooth, warm sound associated with vinyl. Hundreds of lathes were produced during the golden era of vinyl records between the 50's and 80's and we are fortunate enough to have three perfectly working and maintained examples:

Plate it.
We have a purpose built electroforming facility onsite where we will transform your freshly cut lacquers into nickel stampers. Our state of the art equipment and in house expertise ensures the stampers made to press your music to vinyl are of the finest quality. We can currently produce 12” and 7” stampers for Viryl, Toolex and Newbilt moulds, as well as for many legacy presses

We have 4 brand new VIRYL Warmtone presses. The WarmTone™ is a modern machine, designed to manufacture vinyl records. Modern technology and precise engineering has allowed VIRYL to create a product that helps us maximise uptime and keep up with demand. Viryl Technologies is committed to supporting their machines with both hardware and software updates, ensuring they run as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
Printing
Labels
We undertake all label printing in-house on one of our state-of-the-art offset printers. Our labels are then ‘baked’ to remove all moisture from the paper and along with the “puck” are pressed to create a vinyl record.
Sleeves
Between our digital and offset printers we can create some truly unique and amazing sleeve designs. These sleeves are then cut and glued ready to house your freshly pressed record.
Extras
We are also able to create any other print ‘extras’ you might need, such as Download Cards, Inserts, Posters even CD and Cassette tape packaging.
